How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. You can use this tracking code to check the status of your package.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If you provided an incorrect address and your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it. However, if your order has already shipped, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. A ₹250 repostage fee will be charged to resend your package if it is returned to us. Please email us at stationerymafia@gmail.com for assistance.

What if my package is lost?

Stationery Mafia is not responsible for packages lost by the mail carrier or any shipping service. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

What if my package was returned to the sender?

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will send you an invoice for the return shipping charges.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order to avoid any issues.
